I had been in the marketing field for around 11 years. I was extremely unhappy with where I stood in life and came to Ryss! I lacked direction and focus with what I wanted to do. I felt disorganised, lost and lacked of confidence. I never had the courage to take a step forward towards my passion.

When I met Ryss It was like I had known her forever! It’s easy to sink in to conversation, and feel extremely comfortable, just knowing that it will stay confidential. She makes talking so easy, extremely free flowing and makes you realise how easy it really is to achieve what you want.

I felt my confidence grow in every coaching session and my problems seemed to feel smaller. After each session I felt one step closer to my goal and the problems that once seemed like I had to move mountains, just got smaller and smaller.

Following sessions with Ryss, I learned how to block that voice within me and believe in myself. I learned to set smaller goals to achieve the bigger ones. Ryss taught me how to remove the problem from the equation, imagine how successful I would be if I had no hindrances and then work towards the end goal.

Ryss coaches you towards achieving your dream, be it fitness, career, family or anything. Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it and that’s easier to read or hear when people say it but what really helps you get through is a coach, especially if you have one like Ryss. I am extremely thankful I was introduced to her and would definitely recommend her.
